Abstract:

This white paper is presented by IDC Health Insights and IDC's Search and Discovery Technologies research practice and sponsored by IBM. The objectives were to gain insights into: the value of analyzing and mining unstructured data; the changes and opportunities that mining unstructured data will create for healthcare organizations and how healthcare organizations are already using this new approach to reveal insights in patient care.
